Eligible Returns
-- All standard items purchased directly through our website are eligible for return.
-- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including original packaging.
-- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, custom items or custom-made parts are not eligible for return.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-- Custom tooling
-- Special-order items
-- Band Saws
-- Modified or made-to-spec parts
These items are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.
Refunds
-- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
